This artisan style bread is so delicious! Warm, fresh out of the oven, with just a little bit of butter, homemade bread is a treat. Made with flours donated by Roman Meal, one of our sponsors, we love baking these loaves with each child.
1 ½ cups Enriched Bread Flour
5 tbsp Roman Meal Original Mix
1 tbsp gluten
1 ½ tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp molasses
1 tsp active dry yeast
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 ¼ -1 ½ tsp Salt
1 tbsp non-fat dry milk solids
1 ¼ -1 ½ tsp Vinegar
80 mg ascorbic acid (Vitamin C)
1 cup water
