
Bready but very chocolatey and dense, this cake is a new but sweet way to experience Swedish food. Our friend from Sweden, Lotta Gemfors, shared the recipe with us.
½ cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
¾ cup flour
2 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 cups heavy whipping cream
1 tbsp sugar
