Fruit Crisp

Fruit Crisp

With blackberries, raspberries, blueberries and other berries coming into season, this is an important recipe to keep on hand. Crisps taste great but are so easy to make: just rinse, mix, and pour into a pan and bake!

Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp cinnamon
½ cup butter, grated
½ lb berries

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Add oats, brown sugar, whole wheat flour and cinnamon to mixing bowl.
  3. Add butter and flour into mixture and stir.
  4. Rinse berries and evenly spread them at the bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan.
  5. Cover berries with mixture.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes.
