
This gluten-free cookie recipe is class favorite! Goes great with a glass of milk and you can’t even tell its gluten free!
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
2 cups brown rice flour
¼ cup cornstarch
2 tbsp tapioca flour
1 tsp xanthan gum
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp baking soda
¼ cup sugar
1 ¼ cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 egg yolk
2 tbsp whole milk
1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
12 oz (2 cups) semisweet chocolate chips
